80g Tea rings
40g Butter
282g Cheese
130g Sugar
3g Vanilla (paste or aroma)
14g All purpose flour
2g Salt
2 Eggs
200g Cream
PREPARATION
- Line an 18 cm diameter metal mold with baking paper.
- Chop up the tea rings, mix them with melted butter, press them into the mold and cool everything well.
- Gradually add cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla, one egg at a time, flour, etc. to the mixer.
- Combine everything well and pour over the previously prepared mold.
- Heat the oven to 220 C. Bake the cheesecake for 20-25 minutes. When it is ready, it should have a brown crust.
- Cool it well in the mold before serving
