100g Egg yolk
75g Egg white
50g Sugar
500g Mascarpone
300g Chocolate strudel
600g Water
5g Instant coffee
15g Marsala vino
Cocoa
PREPARATION
- In a metal bowl, use a whisk to mix egg yolk, egg white and sugar.
- Put it on a pot with water and stir with quick movements on steam until a light yellow cream is obtained.
- Using a mixer, mix the mascarpone and add the previously made cream.
- Mix everything together until it is combined into a uniform cream.
- Put instant coffee in hot water.
- Add marsala and dip one chocolate strudel at a time and place in the prepared dish.
- Cover the strudels with cream and repeat the whole process once more.
- Sprinkle everything with cocoa powder and cool well before serving.
