190g Linđo chocolate
250g Chocolate
100g Butter
80g Egg yolk
180g Egg white
20g Sugar
125g Cream
PREPARATION
- Crush the lindo biscuits and arrange them in glasses or bowls for serving.
- Melt the butter and chocolate in steam
- Add the egg yolk to the melted butter and chocolate and mix everything well.
- Using a mixer, beat the egg whites and sugar into stiff peaks.
- Mix the egg white snow with the previously made mixture in light circular movements.
- Lightly beat the sweet cream.
- Add cream to the mixture and mix everything well.
- Put the prepared mousse over the lindo biscuits and cool well.
- Before serving, sprinkle with the rest of the crushed biscuits.
